Return and Refund Policy

If you have a problem with your order, please feel free to contact us within 14 days of delivery, at our Helpdesk at info@kleanimprint.com.

To get the process started

In order to help us help you, please have your order style number, and the color and quantity details handy. All returns must be approved by our customer service representatives, so please contact us via the above email so we can give you a return authorization number (RA #).

Damaged or Flawed Items

Don't forget, pictures of damaged items are always required, as well as indicating on the apparel with tape where flaws occur in the product. This helps us ensure that only the best products are available in the future. Please keep in mind that each item is checked for flaws before the order leaves. We cannot be held responsible for shipping damage by our courier services.


Sorry, we at Klean Imprint does not have any exchange service for the products sold. 

Please Note

Sorry, but we cannot take returns on washed, printed, or altered items. Be sure to let us know about missing items, damages, or other issues within 72 hours.

If you do not like the item purchased, let our agents know and we will guide you through the return process. Returns are subject to a 20% or $25 restocking charge (whichever is greater). If your order was not processed properly, Klean Imprint will cover the cost of the original freight and send you a return shipping label at our cost and no restocking charge will be issued.


Returns are reviewed and processed via our Returns and Financial Departments. Klean Imprint does not retain any personal client information once the refund is processed. Returns are all quality checked and restocked before the refund is issued. The refund process may take up to 21 business days.

COVID Products

All the COVID-19 essentials such as cotton masks, hand cleanser,touch-less door opener, and wipes are non-refundable and non-returnable.
