Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before accessing our website, purchasing our products or using our services.  By accessing, browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.  

Account

By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up-to date. If you suspect and unauthorized use or security breach on your account, you must notify us.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If any order quotes are provided they are valid for a period of fifteen (15) business days. Prices are CAD for Canada and USD for U.S customers. International shipments have an additional charge which is the responsibility of the customer. If in any scenario a customer is able to check out from the online platform with fee lower than actual value or is inapplicable, the customer shall be notified which can but is not limited to change in the prices or order cancellations.

Availability 

Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. Klean Imprint will contact the customer where there’s limited stock to discuss the options.

Substitutions

Klean Imprint reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality in exceptional circumstances and will make every effort notify or communicate.

Order Leadtime

It is always recommended to keep additional time from your actual required In-hand date. Production timeline is generally 7-8 business days for apparel and 10-15 business days for other products, factory direct orders can have a timeline of 30+ days .Timeline can vary depending on the product and is subject to change without prior notice. Production timeline begins once proof approval is received. However unforeseen circumstances, delays in courier delivery can occur which are out of our control. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, product prices are based on our volume pricing so quantity additions can result in higher pricing and / or decorations inconsistencies.

Proofs

Proofs will be emailed to the provided email address to the customer for approval. Approvals are required within 12-24 hours after the proof emails are sent.  Production timeline begins once proof approval is received. Delays in proof approvals will directly impact and add to the order timeline and may result in the delay or orders which Klean Imprint will not be liable for.

All revisions are accepted via email only. We only provide up to 3 changes to proofs without charge, any changes after that would be charged at $10/ change, maximum changes up to 5 times. Changes to proofs and mockups shall add additional days to the timeline depending on how many changes are being made which will impact the in-hand for the customer.

The customer is responsible for checking all details such as spellings, logos, sizes, products, count, address, all telephone numbers, colors, and all/ any other details. Once a proof has been approved, Klean Imprint does not take any responsibility for misprinted items and for any minor color variations. Klean Imprint is not responsible if any changes are communicated verbally.

You can send us color codes in Hex and Pantone codes. While we use the codes provided and approved across all products. Depending on the printing surface there can be minor or slight color variations for which Klean Imprint is not responsible.

Artwork

Each printing order requires vector artwork that the customer shall be responsible for supplying. The artwork supplied must be vector. If not, the customer is responsible for providing a file that requires no additional touch-ups. If a customer is unable to provide we can get the artwork vectorized at an additional cost which can only be disclosed once the artwork is provided

Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. If a deposit is required to start the order, then the deposit amount must be cleared to fulfill the beginning stages of the order. Orders shall only be handed to the customer once the remaining balance payment has been received in full. Delayed payments will result in delayed orders.

Proof approvals will only be emailed once payment has been confirmed and received to Klean Imprint. Once the payment has been received the order will enter the production schedule and cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation

Once payment has been received the order may not be cancelled or modified including, but not limited to, artwork changes, garment sizes, quantities, and personalization.

Packaging

All items are ‘bulk’ packaged, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon within a submitted order. Individual packaging including, but not limited to, folding, tagging, and bagging, will be charged at current rates and requested during order submission.

Overruns or Underruns

A 3% over/under run policy applies to all promotional items. Klean Imprint may print up to 3% fewer items than requested and will credit the customer for the difference. Alternatively, Klean Imprint may print up to 3% more than requested and the customer will be charged for the additional items.

Shipping and Delivery 

Couriers may experience delays that are beyond our area of control specially during peak seasons. We do not assume responsibility or liability for such delays, neither will any discounts, vouchers will be offered.

Once the order has departed our facility via a carrier or pickup by the customer, the risk of loss and title is transferred to the customer. The shipping quote only covers cost to one shipping address as discussed with the customer upon order confirmation.

General Guidelines and Policies

At no point shall Klean Imprint agrees to take used or worn clothing to be embellished as it is a strict internal policy that is to be followed at all times.

Worn clothing, but not limited to used clothing, washed clothing, pressure washed items, bleached clothing cannot be used for re-embellishments and are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges for an order already completed and delivered.

Returns and Exchanges

Custom printed or embroidered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are fully customized to a brand. It is the customers responsibility to verify all details prior to approving the designs. 

If there’s an issue with the order, the customer must email the concern within 5 days of receiving the items, via email, with images attached of the product issue.

In cases where orders appear to vastly differ from the approved digital proofs, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of order receipt for review. If the issue is determined to be the result of a production error, the items will be redone, provided the original order is returned within 30 days (inclusive of shipping time). In a scenario where an exhange has been established, the customer must return the items to get an exhange, if the items are not received in the specified time, Klean Imprint can refuse/ cancel the exhange process.

If customer-provided apparel has been printed, Klean Imprint does not take responsibility for the print’s life and duration on how long it will stay on the apparel. No refunds, re-prints will be applicable to a situation like this.

Care instructions must be followed to maintain the embellishments. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the care instructions.

Fabric and Dyes

Fabric dyed by manufacturer can differ in different lots, Klean Imprint cannot guarantee garment color consistency from lot to lot or one order to the next one.

Klean Imprint is not responsible for any shrinkage of garments or fading during laundering.

Any claims against your order must be made within 5 days of receipt. No exchanges, refunds, or compensation beyond 5 days will be accepted.

Color Variation

Due to differences in computer screens, equipment, garments, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and completed order will constitute acceptable delivery.

User’s Obligations

By providing artwork, images, content or information to us via our platforms, messaging or email- you warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions and licensed to use distribute, display and submit such materials and content including any copyrights, trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary rights.

You further agree not to upload, submit or provide content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or discriminatory in any way.

Your grant Klean Imprint the right to use and display your review for any purpose. Entripy reserves the right to edit or remove reviews at its discretion if they violate these terms or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property and R&D

All concept development and research and development work requested by the customer, including but not limited to sketches, copy, drawings, compositions, screens, presswork, samples, and materials, will remain the exclusive property of Klean Imprint and may be subject to charges depending on the complexity of the request. The use of such work or any ideas derived from it is strictly prohibited unless compensation is determined by Klean Imprint and agreed upon in writing.

Pre-Production Materials

Any artwork, type, screens, colour separations, and other items supplied by Klean Imprint will remain exclusive property of Klean Imprint except upon compensation to be determined by Klean Imprint and agreed upon in writing.

Restrictions

You may not: (i) reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, translate, tamper with, distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit this website except as expressly permitted by us; (ii) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile this website or apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code of any software included in this website; (iii) use this website in a manner that interferes with other users' use of this website; (iv) link to, mirror or frame any portion of this website; or (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or impair any aspect of this website or its related systems or networks.

The information on this website may include errors or omissions related to products, services, pricing, availability, or other details. Some product details may be based on information provided by manufacturers, and we cannot guarantee their accuracy. We reserve the right to update or correct any errors, modify information, or cancel orders without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

While we strive to accurately display product images and colours, variations may occur due to device settings or differences in manufacturer representations. Product availability, pricing, and other details are subject to change at any time without notice. IN NO EVENT SHALL KLEAN IMPRINT OR ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, OR VENDORS, OR THE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS OF ANY OF THEM, BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT KLEAN IMPRINT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD THEREON, OR OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT YOU ORDERED FROM KLEAN IMPRINT, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES YOU ORDERED THROUGH KLEAN IMPRINT'S SITE DIRECTLY FROM ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISTAKE, OMISSION, VIRUS, DELAY, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Klean Imprint, along with our officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, service providers, suppliers, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, actions, proceedings, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that we or any of them may incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with: (a) your use of this website, (b) your failure to fulfill any obligations under these Terms and Conditions, or (c) any breach of the agreements, representations, or warranties you have made under these Terms and Conditions.

Events beyond our resonable control

Klean Imprint shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, fire, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transportation, utilities, or communications. In such instances, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel affected services without liability.

Ammendment to Terms and Conditions 

Klean Imprint reserves the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion and your continued use of the site and our services signifies your acceptance of such updates or modifications.
